Vermilion Reverberates with Passion (Release: Nov 7, 2025)

Loping Wolf Music delivers again! Their new album Vermilion aims to evoke deep thought and emotion in the listener.

How can one not be in awe of the power of the Creator who is in control of the universe and still makes time for all living things? “Vermilion” and “The Plea” pay homage to both the macro and micro scale of God’s attention. “The Plea” taps into Psalms 104 and 119, fusing imagery from thousands of years ago with contemporary lyrics.

The familiar lines of 1 Corinthians 13, “love is patient, love is kind” receive a makeover in ”Devotion over Emotion” with an irresistible groove. “Balanced Brand” celebrates God’s perfect design of male and female – the basic structure of life on Earth.

Another favorite that draws inspiration from the Old Testament (Psalm 24 and Moses’ Song), underlining the beauty of language of times past, is “In Yesterday’s Gear”.

“Crooked Lines” and “A Minute from 50” introduce a new theme: social critique. “Crooked Lines” challenges the current status quo of college diplomas for all regardless of individual ability or affordability while “A Minute from 50” tackles the psychological phenomenon of midlife crisis exclusive to Western culture, particularly to the US.

And lastly, “Immersed Completely” is a captivating revisit of the most holy of texts that is the keeper of history, revealer of God and His heavenly realm, as well as the indisputable guide to life.
